A variety of shops and cafés lie directly around the corner. Public transportation is just nearby; (the Wiehre train station is down the street). Within three minutes, you’ll already find yourself in the forest, with direct access to hiking trails and bike paths.

The apartment is available as a short-term rental (minimum rental period of 6 months), and is especially well-suited for people who are either moving to or temporarily located in Freiburg and are seeking furnished housing.

The spacious, 58 m2, second floor apartment is fully furnished and well-equipped. The space is divided between a generous living room/dining area with full kitchen facilities and a separate bedroom. Both rooms offer direct access to the balcony from which there is a lovely view onto trees and a small park. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and washing machine. The kitchen has nearly all you might need for cooking. In the main living area, there is hardwood flooring, in the bathroom tile. Thanks to the elevator and a ramped house entrance, the apartment is wheelchair accessible. A parking spot in the underground garage also may be rented. The apartment is non-smoking.
